Tokutei Gino 1 Pathway — Restaurant (14 Sessions)
A 14-session program covering hospitality, food hygiene, and food preparation (sessions 1–6), followed by intensive exam practice with exam guidance (sessions 7–14) to pass the Tokutei Gino 1 restaurant exam.
Core Training Content
- Foundation phase (sessions 1–6): Exam structure, hospitality and service skills (Vol. 1), food hygiene management (Vol. 2), and food preparation (Vol. 3).
- Exam practice phase (sessions 7–13): Practice sets 1–7 with review; exam technique guidance from session 12.
- Session 14: Comprehensive practice set and exam strategy guidance.
